The Board of Trustees is made up of leaders in the commercial and the international and domestic dispute resolution community. Trustees are from the fields of commerce, law, government or from the professional dispute resolution community. Two Trustees are representatives of the Faculty of Law of the University of British Columbia; one Trustee is a representative of the Attorney General of British Columbia; and two Trustees are representatives of the Vancouver Board of Trade.

The Board is made up of not less than nine and not more than fifteen Trustees. Each serves a three year term.
