The Trial Overflow Programme provides parties and their counsel with an option should their trial be delayed.

The Roster of Arbitrators for the Programme consists of individuals who represent a wide range of expertise in areas of law including commercial contracts, construction, securities and personal injury. Roster members are experienced and have met criteria set by a committee which advises the ICAF. The ICA Foundation is a not-for-profit organization incorporated under the Society Act. The Foundation is managed by a Board of Trustees consisting of representatives from the commercial, legal and arbitration communities, as well as representatives from the BC government, the UBC Faculty of Law, and the Vancouver Board of Trade.
