The intent of these rules is to provide a fair, expedient and final resolution of disputes arising out of the rejection of claims by the Trustee of New Home Warranty of British Columbia, Inc. Arbitration pursuant to these rules may be conducted on the basis of written submissions with documentary support but without the need of an evidentiary hearing. The parties can agree to modify these rules to better suit the particular circumstances of the dispute. In the absence of such agreement these rules will prevail.
